Tips
Advice from guides
1. Have quality shoes
Whether for canyoning, via ferrata or climbing, we provide you with the essential safety equipment, namely: neoprene suit (for canyoning), helmets, harnesses, lanyards.
You are responsible for bringing a pair of lace-up sneakers. Our guides recommend that you take shoes that are firm, neither too new nor too worn
Indeed, if you take a new pair of sneakers you risk not only damaging them, but also having sore feet and not fully enjoying the activity.
Conversely, wearing a pair of end-of-life shoes may not fully protect your foot.
2. Select a course adapted to your level and your desires
Our range of routes is designed to meet the expectations of everyone, amateur, sportsman, for an outing with family or friends. Do not hesitate to consult the activity sheets for each route and contact us. We will direct you to the route that is most suitable for you.
3. Make the most of the activity
In order to make the most of your activity, don't forget the personal items requested: swimsuit, shoes.
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early in order to make the last possible bathroom breaks, snack on a snack and stay hydrated.
If you want to immortalize your activity, do not forget to take a camera (waterproof and which goes underwater for canyoning).
You haven't taken it on vacation? Don't worry, we rent them on request when booking the activity.
