How to choose the ideal canyoning trip?
Some characteristics of canyoning
Criterion 1: The different ages of the group
The various outings that we offer are accessible to children from the age of 6/7 (excluding Tapoul). In addition, each course contains special features which will allow you to make your choice according to your wishes.
As a family, you prefer water hiking, which is more accessible and fun than canyoning but whose techniques are similar. Jumps, abseils, zip lines, passages under siphons, whitewater swimming await you.
Among friends, you prefer according to your temperaments the course including multiple jumps.
To make your choice, do not hesitate to consult our activity pages containing more details and call us for more details.
Criterion 2: Physical capacity
The practice of outdoor activities such as canyoning requires being in good physical condition regardless of your sporting level.
We do not recommend that you register if you have a shoulder, knee or back disorder.
For people who need glasses, we advise you to wear an old pair during activity.
Criterion 3: Location
The summer heat is sometimes excessive, we have made sure to select a multitude of routes in the Occitania region so as not to impose too long journey times.
Thus, you will find on each activity sheet the journey times required for each journey from several cities or villages.
